Instructor Training materials are vital to ensure the best quality of courses and instruction for students. I was tasked with various topics to create training materials for. topics include Moodle LMS Training Documents and instructor best practices.

Adjunct Faculty Committee
Continuously, I collaborate with the Adjunct Faculty Committee to deliver training sessions for adjunct faculty, focusing on effective utilization of Moodle and implementing optimal teaching practices. Each academic term, I undertake the responsibility of crafting and presenting these training sessions, aiming to empower adjunct faculty with the necessary skills and knowledge for proficient use of Moodle and to enhance their teaching methodologies.

Instructor Training Videos
AS technology advances, LMS upgrades are essential to providing the best product for students and instructors. Our LMS, Moodle, was upgraded to a newer version. Many upgrades were made that required changes to training documentation. I took on the task creating instructional videos for instructors.
